Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Due to the nature of our products (supplements/food items), we are unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind, opened products, or dissatisfaction. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us at info@themushroomdispensary.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
