Please note there is a minimum total of 60g for each order, there is a difference in the density of the powders but we find that 60g usually makes 120 x 500mg capsules

Dosage and Density

2g - 5g per day is the general functional dosage. This may increase depending on treatment protocols which is best discussed with your mycotherapist.

It is recommend for a minimum of 3 months

Some people feel the effects of their blend sooner. As adaptogens, mushroom extracts can work differently with each person.

  • Capsules are made in approximately 500mg, size 0 cellulose vegan capsules.
